2. HIGHER EDUCATION FOR LUTHERANS PROGRAM FOUNDATION

The H.E.L.P. Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and we are a qualified School Tuition Organization (STO). Since 1998, the H.E.L.P. Foundation has provided scholarships to K-12 students in fifteen different schools throughout the State of Arizona. In 2008, the H.E.L.P. Foundation received over $1,145,000.00 in contributions and awarded scholarships to 861 students.
